Membership Process

How Membership Works

Joining FOMG is a thoughtful, peer-driven process that ensures every member aligns with our values, demonstrates professional excellence, and contributes meaningfully to the community.

1. Nomination or Discovery Call

Most members are referred by existing participants. Others begin with an introductory conversation to explore mutual alignment.

2. Application Submission

Prospective members complete a brief application outlining their background, intentions, and interest in the community.

3. Peer Review and Interviews

Our team carefully reviews each application, checks references, and, for select tiers, conducts a formal interview and security screening.

4. Onboarding and Orientation

Once approved, new members participate in a welcome call, review and sign the community agreement, and receive access to events and forums.

5. Active Participation and Continued Growth

Members engage in monthly forums, quarterly education experiences, and curated gatherings. Verified Members participate in an annual re-verification process.
